Metal and Wood Joining
Bonding pastes can be used for fastening inserts such as metal or wood inside composite material. It is recommended to apply glass fiber layers on metal since bonding pastes have limited adhesion strength on metals.
Politix Standart is the preferred choice for joining countertops and sinks.
Special Applications
Used as a filler for specific areas within composite parts where lamination of glassfibers is difficult.
Politix Flexo or VE are recommended for sandwich construction inside composite structures.
Filling and Laminate Construction
Joining and leak proofing of GRP composite parts.
It is possible to use Politix Fibro is for filling and repairing surfaces of composite parts.
Structural Bonding
Used for joining of GRP parts with minimum negative effects on structural properties.
Low exothermic temperature and minimal shrinkage values offers bonds without a negative effect on surface apperance and quality.
High Strength Bonding
Used for bonding GRP parts with specific bonding strength.
Joining of GRP parts and leak proofing are the main t of Politix Standart, Politix Flexo and Politix VE.
Sandwich Construction
Joining of sandwich materials inside GRP structures.
Politix VE is the material of choice for high strength bonding applications.
