Inhibitors Additive 2-20

Inhibitor solutions are mixtures containing inhibitors to increase gel time and shelf life of resins. Use ratios between 0,01%-0,08%. Inhibitor solution can be added into the resin before the accelerator.

Rheological Additive 81

Additive 81 is an additive for colored gelcoat applications where color separation occurs and improves flow and leveling properties.

UV Stabilizors Additive 21

Additives used for increasing the UV resistance of parts. It is possible to add 0,1%-0,5% additive into resins or gelcoats.
First dissolve UV stabilizor inside gelcoat or polyester thinner. Then add this solution to the gelcoat.

Promotor Additive A-8

Promotors are chemicals used in Cobalt-Peroxide systems to accelerate gel and curing properties of resins in RTM, hand lay-up and spray-up applications.
Additive A-8 can be used in polyester resins or gelcoats in ratios between 0,02%-0,20%.

UV Stabilizors Additive 22

Additives used for increasing the UV resistance of parts. It is possible to add 0,1%-0,5% additive into resins or gelcoats.
First; dissolve UV stabilizor inside gelcoat or polyester thinner. Then add this solution to the gelcoat.

Thermoplastic Additives LSA

LSA is polystyrene solution dissolved in a styrene monomer. It is used in hot molding systems (SMC-BMC) to prevent shrinkage.
Recommended ratio is 5%-30%

Anti Foam Additive 46

Used for eliminating trapped air inside gelcoats and resins.
Can be used between 0,05%-0,30%. Add into polyester resin or gelcoat and stir well.

Thermoplastic Additives LSB

LSB is polyvinyl acetate solution dissolved in styrene monomer. It is used in hot molding systems (SMC-BMC) to prevent shrinkage and improve surface quality.

Surface Additive D-32

Polivaks D-32 is a paraffin solution which is added to gelcoats before repair or topcoat applications.
Polivaks D-32 forms a thin film on the gelcoat surface and prevents air inhibition. It can be used between 1%-2%.

Thermoplastic Additives LSC

LSC is polyvinyl acetate solution dissolved in styrene monomer. It is used in hot molding systems (SMC-BMC) to prevent shrinkage and improve surface quality.

Surface Additive 50

A surface-performing agent used to obtain smooth surface and prevent orange peel appearance. Use 0,01%-0,10%. Add to gelcoat and mix well.

Fillers for SMC-BMC LSU

LSU is saturated polyester which is used in hot molding systems (SMC-BMC) as LP (low profile ) additive.

Rheological Additive T-12

Additive T-12 rheological additive increases viscosity and thixotropic index values of polyesters and gelcoats.
Additive ratios can be between 0,05%-0,20% based on resin or gelcoat amount.
